Zero Discharge System in Shanghai
Here we provide a 600L/h “zero discharge” wastewater treat and reuse system.
This system perform to a hydraulic mechanical parts production enterprises of coating line sewage reuse, sewage containing degreasing wastewater, electrophoretic wastewater and wash paint waste water. Except a little sludge entrust disposal, all the treated water feedback to the production line for reuse.
Treatment process introduction:
Flotation— Sedimentation tank –Ultrafiltration(UF) –Nanofiltration(NF) --Reverse osmosis（RO） –Permeate water reuse
Concentrated water –Flashing –Nanofiltration(NF)(when dense sludge entrust disposal)
System capacity: 5m3/d，reuse rate≥90%，discharge value≤0.5m3/d
Permeate water quality: PH 6~8, conductivity≤400µS/cm，COD≤40mg/L，SS≤5mg/L，SDI≤2
